		<description>Good luck with your habit changes... I&#039;m tackling my eating habits myself at the moment, and it&#039;s not an easy area to successfully change, as there are so many knock-on behaviours that effect your chances.

It&#039;s great that you have a positive consideration of things like parties, and not eating late - I always get thrown by these and sometimes it can take me a day or two to get back on track.

Thanks for the link shout-out, I appreciate it... I shall pop back soon to see how you&#039;re getting on and how you&#039;re finding the tracker idea.</description>
